How to Complete Your Payment

After placing your order on Europe Street Hub, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your unique order number and detailed payment instructions. Follow the steps below based on your selected payment method. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.

Always check your email inbox (including spam/junk folder) for order confirmation and payment instructions. If you haven't received anything within 30 minutes, contact support.
General Payment Process

  2. Check your email β€” Within minutes, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and payment details.
  3. Follow the instructions β€” Depending on your chosen method, you'll receive bank transfer details, crypto wallet addresses, or a payment link.
  4. Make the payment β€” Transfer the exact amount (€ minimum order €100, plus shipping). Include your order number in the payment reference where required.
  5. Confirmation & dispatch β€” Once we confirm your payment (usually within 2–12 hours), your order is marked as paid and dispatched the same day.
Important: Always include your order number in the payment reference (for bank transfers) or send a confirmation email for crypto payments. This ensures your order is matched correctly and processed without delays.

Paying with crypto is the fastest, most private way to complete your order. Plus, you get an automatic 5% discount.

  1. Select Cryptocurrency as your payment method at checkout.
  2. After placing your order, check your email for the wallet address and exact amount due (in your chosen crypto).
  3. Send the exact amount from your personal wallet (exchange wallets are accepted but may take longer).
  4. Copy the transaction ID (TXID) β€” you may be asked to provide it for faster verification.
  5. Once the transaction receives 1–3 network confirmations, we mark your order as paid and dispatch it the same day.

Crypto volatility notice: The amount quoted is valid for 60 minutes. If the exchange rate changes significantly, we may request an adjusted amount. Any overpayment is refunded in crypto.

  2. Check your order confirmation email for our IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, and beneficiary details.
  3. Initiate a transfer from your bank (online banking or in-branch) for the exact amount shown in your email.
  4. CRITICAL: Include your order number (e.g., #ESH-12345) in the payment reference field. Without it, we cannot match your payment to your order.
  5. Once we receive the funds (typically 1–3 business days for SEPA, longer for international wires), your order is confirmed and dispatched.
Bank details are provided exclusively in your order confirmation email. Never send money to any other account β€” scams are common. Our bank account is registered under a trusted EU entity.
Credit / Debit Card β€” Step by Step
  1. Select Credit / Debit Card at checkout.
  2. After placing your order, you'll receive an email with a secure payment link from our processor (Stripe / Adyen).
  3. Click the link and enter your card details on the secure page.
  4. Complete 3D Secure verification if required by your bank.
  5. Once approved (instantly), your order is marked as paid and dispatched the same day.
