Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, cryptocurrency wallet, or bank transfer). Crypto refunds are processed at current market value or original amount — your choice. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days.
We will send a replacement order at no additional cost — same items, same discreet packaging, expedited shipping. Reshipments are prioritized and dispatched within 24 hours of approval.

Cryptocurrency: 1–5 business days — we send the exact amount in the original cryptocurrency or equivalent stablecoin.
