What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is €100 (excluding shipping fees). This applies to all retail orders. Wholesale minimum is €500.
How do I complete payment after placing an order?
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email containing manual payment instructions. Follow those steps to complete your payment. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed. Always check your spam/junk folder.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a same-day dispatch guarantee?

How long do refunds take?
Refunds process within 3–7 business days after approval (bank dependent). Crypto refunds within 1–5 business days.
